Crème Brûlée

This kit includes: 1 x sachet of Crème Brûlée mix and 1 x sachet of caramelised sugar.

You will need 250 ml milk and 300 ml double cream

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CRÈME BRÛLÉE

  1. Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan. Whisk in the contents of the Creme Brulee sachet and slowly bring to the boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly
  2. Divide the mixture between 6 heat resistant ramekins or cups, leave to cool then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
  3. Just before serving, preheat your grill. Sprinkle the caramelised sugar over the set cremes and grill for 1 minute
  4. Leave to cool slightly and serve

A CRÈME BRÛLÉE MIXTURE, MADE WITH CARAMLISED SUGAR TOPPING

Ingredients Crème Brûlée Mixture:
sugar, starches (corn, pea), natural vanilla flavour, EGG powder, Stabilizer : carrageenans, colours (turmeric, paprika extract), maltodextrin.

Ingredients Caramel Sugar(28%): Sugar, glucose syrup.
