Melt in the Middle

This kit includes:
Chocolate melt in the middle baking mix and 4 x foil cases
You will need:
2 x medium sized eggs und 75g softened butter.
Makes 4 servings
HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT MELT IN THE MIDDLE DESSERT
Preheat your oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas mark 7
Place the foil cases onto a baking tray
Put the 75g softened butter and 2 eggs into a mixing bowl
Pour the contents of the sachet into the mixing bowl and whisk to obtain a smooth mixture
Divide the mixture between the 4 foil cases and bake in the oven for 14 minutes. Don't overcook them or they will loose their gooey centre
Remove from the oven, cut the top edge of the foil to release the pudding
Turn the pudding over onto the serving plate and serve!

Ingredients: sugar, chocolate 23% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier : lecithins, natural vanilla flavouring), WHEAT flour, chocolate powder 18% (sugar, cocoa).
